Managing Hydration When You Are a Runner

In May of 2008, I set out to lose 60 pounds. In the process, I developed a love of running. This love inspired me to train for and run my first marathon on October 18, 2009. I'm a crazy, busy, working Mommy....but it's the only way I know life. Come along for the journey!

Oh my, as a military wife myself I cannot imagine her pain. My prayers are with her as well...God bless.
