I know the feeling, TRUST ME. I typically always do horrid on race day. But I am trying to overcome it. <br /><br />One thing I always tell myself is I just do the best I can do on that race on that day and if it sucks it just sucks but that is what I had to give. <br /><br />Sometimes I think races are over pumped up. They make you feel all kinds of crazy things regardless of whether you make a goal or not. Keep at it.
